As soon as your enquiry is received by Jane Penton, Public Relations, she will contact you with general information and answers to your questions. Your enquiry is forwarded to Dr Rivas who answers your technical dental queries. It helps if you can provide us with details of your dental problems and, ideally, digital panoramic xrays which can be sent via email.  We can then prepare a treatment plan and a quote for you, and of course carefully answer all your questions throughout this process.

Jane is also able to help with booking your appointments, answering accommodation and travel questions, providing you with directions to the clinic, arranging activities whilst you are here, and, most importantly, arranging your complimentary VIP airport pickup.

We have negotiated special rates for PVSmile clients in several nearby hotels, please ask for the details if you would like to know more. We also have two very comfortable apartments which are available for our clients at reduced rates – for any length of time, beginning any day of the week.
