Dr. Noel Rivas D.D.S.
Doctor Noel Rivas graduated in 1976 from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, the private Mexican university well known amongst Health Professionals in the States for it’s excellent reputation. More American Health Professionals train here than at any other university in Mexico.
Dr. Rivas has run his own private practice since then, accumulating over 30 years of practical experience. He is the founder of PVSmile.
Over the years, Dr. Rivas has regularly attended continuing education courses in Mexico and abroad. He speaks English fluently and is registered in the Canadian Consulate list of recommended professionals here in Puerto Vallarta. He serves the American and Canadian communities established here as well as people who travel specifically to get a new smile.
A good cosmetic dental surgeon requires sound technical knowledge and skills coupled with a distinctly artistic touch. Consequently it is not a specialty many dentists choose to go into, but Dr. Rivas is considered among the best in this area. Dra. Elizabeth Garcia D.D.S.
Dra. Elizabeth García recently graduated from Guadalajara Lamar University, a small private university. Elizabeth brings youth and freshness to PV Smile. She is a general dentist but her main area of interest is in the attachment apparatus of the tooth, it’s treatment and disease prevention.
She enjoys taking care of the dental needs of children, believing that educating a child about mouth and tooth health can change attitudes and encourage good health behaviour throughout life, thus helping to promote disease prevention. She advocates the use of simple plastic correction devices to treat minor tooth position problems, which if addressed early enough can be corrected by this non aggressive means. Dra. Garcia also undertakes professional whitening and cleaning techniques, using the least aggressive approach possible, and follows this up by educating her patients in correct teeth cleaning procedures.
Jane Penton, Public Relations
Jane has a long career history as a Physiotherapist in the UK, both as a clinician and a service manager. In Mexico Jane worked for a number of years in Real Estate before making the move to PVSmile. She will be your first point of contact with PVSmile and will help you arrange your trip to Puerto Vallarta.
